Bill Kelly is the founder of Retire Anew. He is an accomplished executive with many years of experience leading multi-million dollar human resources and development initiatives across the federal government. His passion lies in mentoring others to unleash their potential and realize their dreams whether in the quest for educational excellence, attainment of career aspirations or successful transition to retirement. Mr. Kelly began his career as a personnel psychologist and rose through the ranks to become a member of the federal government’s elite Senior Executive Service (SES). He has held numerous executive positions including Director, US Air Force Personnel Plans, and Director of the Leadership Institute for the US General Services Administration. He is an expert in work-life flexibilities, personnel assessment and human resources strategic planning. Mr. Kelly is the recipient of several public service awards including the prestige’s Presidential Rank Award. He, too, is recently retired and is pursuing his life's passions.
